| Castorini
are
very large, bulky rodents, with rounded head, brown soft fur and a
scaly paddle-shaped large tail. Castorini eat the bark from numerous
trees; everyday after breakfast, they build dams of woven sticks,
reeds, branches, and saplings, caulked with mud. When the water is
too shallow Castorini can't swim, so they build the dam to block the
water and increase the depth. Castorini can remain submerged for up
to 15 minutes before surfacing for air. Small trees can be cut down
in 3 minutes, sliced into convenient sizes and carried to the site.
the sound of running water stimulates Castorini to constantly repair
the house. The bark that Castorini eat is formed into fat in their
bodies and is stored in their tails for survival in the wintertime.
Inside the lodge, powerful computer stations and multimedia devices
are always operational. Sometimes in the winter, when the light from
the outside is feeble, Castorini's body clock doesn’t function
properly: they get carried away and work for very long sessions till
they feel hungry and tired. Castorini are Miyo
